Meloyelo, grab my hand let's go frolick together!
Harry Potter owns
Yo Mike B!
Lately my reading consists of school stuffs,
The most notable in recent times would be
Fear and Trembling by Soren Kierkegaard. It's a good book with a long pace and is an observation of faith using the example of Abraham's willingness to sacrifice his son/faith's transcendence of moral presuppositions. A big part of this work has to do with the double-movement of what Kierkegaard calls the knight of faith. To let go of all desire in the movement of infinite resignation, and to return to the world.
Moby Dick was a pretty sweet book as well
It's pretty crazy what we're reading, I'm glad I ended up in the Liberal Arts. Mind bending stuff with infinite everyday potential for learning and application is a definite plus.
Tom, I'm glad you mentioned Asimov. Did you ever read Nemesis?
Stephen King makes for a good read. The Stand and Needful Things stand out as, well, great books!
